COLLEGE NOTES.

Duckett will probably play with tho Terre Haute League team lliis summer. He made a good showing there last Friday in a trial game.

The bail team was beaten at Del'auw yesterday by a score of 14 to C. No one can blame tho team, however, and the student who kicks ought to bo kicked. The ball team has been allowed to hustle for itself until little interest is taken. The lioys go to other colleges attired in ragged, cast, off suits to meet other college teams in neat and now apparel and thoroughly equipped The disheartening part about tho whole matter is that the team goes unattended to meet the howls of their rival cohorts. The lack of enthusiasm displayed in these matters is a disgrace to tho institution and loses it many students every year.
