Some women imagine that nothing will stand the peculiar breaking strain of their forms on corset "bones."
They don't know Kabo, which neither breaks or kinks.
If Kabo breaks or kinks in a year, go back to the store at which you bought your corset and get your money again, every cent of it.
If the corset doesn't suit you, after wearing a week or two or three, go back for your money.
There's a primer on Corsets for you at the store. CBIOAOO

Sharpe, the architect, has the plans and specifications for the city's electric light station which is to be erected on the corner of Wabash avenue ami North streets. The building will le 50 by 77 feet. In the west end will be placed tho engine and dynamo room with a general storage room above. The Evangelist Meeting.
Two weeks agoa woo-bogoue looking individual named Lindsey, who purported to be Chicago evangelist, appeared in this city to completely revolutionize it. Hearing of a few religious zealots he found and called upon thom and after much persuasion induced them to identify themselves with the "Washed and Redeemed." He hired as a hull to conduct meetings, the old Salvation Army barracks on South Washington street. James Brown and wife were among the few who identified themselves with the organization but they believed him to le a man of undoubted integrity and faithful to the cause he was supposed to represent. A week ago last night Lindsey surprised his small audience by stating that ho would possibly 1MS absent until Monday, when he would return and organize a Pentecost Band. The eventful dav camo around, but the jmrtly Mr. Lindsey did not, and has not shown himself yet, and it is believed, is not likely to. During tho six nights that he held meetings in the hall tho magnificent sum of G5 cente was realized by collections, which was to be applied to tho rent, but as he did not leave it !ehind the natural supposition is that he absconded with it. Certainly not a large amount, but enough to brand the man as dishonest. Mr. and Mrs. Brown Hre poor people and are illy able to bear the month's expenses of tho hall, but they feel that they are responsible for the same. They will in future beware of wolves which come to them in sheep's clothing. xi:iv KOSS,

OOPNOILMEN NAMED,
The Republicans Select J. W. Scott, Wm. A. VanArsdal and E, 0. Smith The Republican primary elections last evening to select candidates for the Council called fourth an unusual good vote and proved that the Republicans of this city are awake to the sense of the situatiou. In the Second Ward only was a light vote polled and this was duo to the fact that no one had formally announced himself as a candidate.
The First Ward was the scene of the greatest excitement and a large crowd congregated at the Township Trustee's ofliee where the votes were cast and reremained until the result was announced at 9:30 o'clock. The race was letween Henry Kol 1 and J, \Y. Scott, the present incumbent. The contest was good humored one and the defeated candidate accepted the outcome with as much grace as the successful man. The vote stood: J. W. Scott.. .. .. 18G H. H. Kohl.... 81 C. X. Harding
In the Second Ward no one wa busied in stirring us the voters so they just dropped in semi-wcasionally and doposited their ballots at the Sheriff's oflieel Tho vote resulted: Wm. VanArsdall 31 Dr. C. E. Rankin lo
The bloody Third was the seat of a one-sided war. II. C. Smith was the only candidate but every one insisted on coming to the voting place at Reulien Smith's blacksmith shop and casting a vote on general principles. Arter an exciting contest the vote resulted as follows: R. C. Smith Vj.: 152
Tho outcome of the primary is a source of gratification to all Republicans and every candidate can and should be elected. The Republicans must vote through and each one see to it that both his and two neighbor's votes are cast in the way it should be.
