The labo cqrset, "besides being tough, so tough in its bones that they can't be broken or kinked or rolled up or slipped or shifted, has flexible loop eyelets, instead of metal ones which cut the corset laces.
In no respect will the Kabo corset fail in a year, unless the steels break. No way has yet been discovered to make unbreakable corset steels.
If the Kabo "bones" give out in a year, go to the store where you bought your corset *.nd get your money back.
If, after wearing the Kabo two or three weeks, you don't .'ike it, take it back and get your money.
There's a primer on Corsets for you at the store.

In his monthly "Renew of Current Events" in The Cosmopolitan .Magazine Murat Ilalstead speaks of President Harrison's clianoes for being renominated by tho Republican party in 1S92. llo says the president is tiilcing a deepening interest in current affairs. On his recent journey to Kansiis tho jieoplo on tho route had opportunity to see moro of liiui at close range than they had hitherto dono. On this journey ho disclosed the same surprising faculty for making a different speech ever.v day and saying something new, forceful and instructive every time that cropped out in the closing days of his campaign in 1888.
Moreover, during tho latter part of tho session of congress that ended in October tho president freely made known for the first time since his inauguration his opinions concerning pending legislation, and liis hand was seen and his touch felt. Thus one causo of complaint made against him in tho early part of his term has disappeared—that he was a nonentity and had no iulluence. Mr. Halstead says Harrison must now be accepted as a strong character and a force in public affairs. Mr. Halstead writes furtlinr:
Whether ho shall bo tho candidate of liis party for 6£coud term is far from docldetL There would bo a naturalness in Ills reuouiination and re-election, and yet IJ10 weight of tho precedents is against it. We may be sure, however, thnt if tho country prospers under tho Meiiiuley tariff and the Sh«rman-jones nilver settlement of the most delicate of ail money questions the president tret a large share of the crtxlit for it, aud tho senators and representatives who havo been troubled exceedingly about postofllees, and angry liecause tl»o president could neither espouse nor dispose of their postofTico quarrels, will gradually feel that there is moro thun one man to blame for their personal irritations and other disabilities and misfortunes that aro not ded-ruc'lve. but an uoying.
There are other candidates i:i 'je field, If not avowedly, plainly, and we aro botjuii"jui£ to hear of the quarters from which they expect delegations. it is safe to say no more than that those who are early and ostentatious in putting themselves foremost are not likely to be successful— that If there is engineering in such an enterprise opening tho parallels for a siejse of the presidency, one of the SUTUS of mnsterly skill is in not breaking the protuul before the ammunition uvJns are well up, thit tho bombardment may open with system ami £v, cm with vigor

Fact! Worth Knowing,
In all diseases of the nasal mucous membrane the remedy used must be uon-lriiiatlng. The medical profession has been slow to learn this. Nothing satisfactory can be accomplished with douches, snuffs powders or syringes because they are ail intatlng, do not thoroughly reach the effected surfaces and should be abandoned as worse than failures. A multitude ol persons who hail for years borne all the worry and pain that catarrh can lniliet testify to radical euros wrought by Ely's Cream Balm.
