The Broom Maker-

James lteilly and his excellent company in "The Broom Maker at Carlsbad," received a cordial and enthusiastic welcome at Phillips opera house 'af-t night. The illusion whioh he created as Johann, the large-hearted, brave and simple-minded broom maker of CarlBbad, was a delightful and a wholesome one. Mr. Reilly fouud tho hearts of his auditors iu the first act aud kept tliem until tho fall of the curtain.
