a hiijUiic Made by a Machine. At tho Singer Hewiug .Moohino dis" play iu clmrgo of Ed Tonusloy, the iigLt seer is struck by a beautiful pict iro of ouo of these elegant machines. At tirst it looks us if painted, but a closer examination reveals the fact that it is worked in w.tk different oolorid threads. Mr. Townsley iuforms us that the whole thing was done on a Singer machine. There are also two elegant lace curtains worked by the same machine, which invariably attract tlio ladies. There aro Singer machines iu cherry and iu W ilnut, enough vuriety to suit the most fastidious. Mr. Townsley l:ns a smile for all and is himself not the least attractive in his most elegant display—ouo which the fair directors ought to bo proud to liavo in 1'loral Hall.

Miss Pauline I.tiBsel, of Waveland.an accomplished piauiste, is ou hand and shows off the tone of the iustrumouts to advantage.
