Soon to Part, Little Nancy Liglitcap and Her Sweetheart, Yesterday afternoon as Esquire J. W. llamsay sat in his office, Mr. McKeudry Sciing entered and requested him to go to the Clerk aud procure a marriage license for liim and Nancy Lightoapand theu proceed to the jail and tie the nuptial knot. Mr. llamsay at once bestirred himself and arriving at the jail found Can aud Nancy caiossing each other through tho bai'B. In short order the twain stood before him iu tho outside oorridor aud with his voice trem bling with emotion tho Justice repeated the beautiful ceremony that made them one. The respousos were given in the traditional olo r, Arm voice and the bride rooeived the salute of tho Justioe with her most becoming blush. Ab Jones and Buck Brothers acted as witnesses and best men aud played their parts nobly. Immediately after the ceremouy the wedding party took a cab and were drivon to tho Big Pour station where they took tho traiu for a bridal trip to Indianapolis, where the bride will pass tho heated term, while tho groom returns to liis business iu this oity.

The reason that Cau and Nanoy were not marriod before is this: When two years ago she was divorced from Fred Lightoap the court forbade her marrying for two yoars and the time specified expired Juno 21. Nanoy was quite another woman aftor the marriago and was to all outward appearanoe "just toj ha] py for anything."
