To-night at 7:30 the B. M. Ai will meet at tho oourt house. Let every member of the Assooiation turn out and see what can bo done. There are 185 members. There ought to be 150 at least in attendance. Heretofore about 25 faithful ones have been meeting and adjourning, while the rest Btayed at home and complained that the B. M. A. would never accomplish anything. It is very sure that nothing will ever be accomplished so long as the stay-at-home members are in such a large majority.

Voyage of lisro very—The Monument to lie llnval ed During the World's Fair. CHICAGO, March 4.—It will bo no fault of American women if, at tho coming world's fair, Queen Isabella of Castile does not receive full recognition of tho part she played in the discovery of tho New World. She alone, it is claimed, among tho powerful rulers whose aid was sought by Columbus had the intelligence to appreciate his worth and tho generosity to furnish him means for fitting out his expedition. Without her help the groat discoverer could not have sailed. In view of this the American womon insist on Queen Isabella's right to be regarded as co-discovcror of America. Societies have been formed in New York, Washington, St. Louis and Chicago having for a purpose tho collection of funds for the erection of a statue to Queen Isabella, to be unvailed at the world's fair. Harriet Hosmcr has beon en gaged to execute this work, which will be begun as soon as Miss llosmer returns to Rome.
A second object of tho association is to erect a pavilion for the use of women during the fair. It will contain a department for tho display of articles conv memorative of Isabolla and tho discov ery of Amorica a representation of the Spanish court in the time of Ferdinand and Isabella, besides social and business headquarters for the members of the association. Tho pavilion will also contain a congress hall in which any dosired conference of women may be held,
