ROAD TAX RECEIPTS must be presented on or before the First Monday in May, 1900, as the Road Tax is all included in the first installment. Road Receipts will not be taken in payment for Second Installment of Taxes. The annual Sale of Delinquent Lands and Lots will take place on the Second Monday in February, 1900. Examine your receipts before leaving the ofiice and see that all your property is described. PARTICULAR ATTENTION Those who have lands and lots, or other property in more than one township, must see that they have a receipt for all. COUNTY WARRANTS are subject to Delinquent tax. All persons are warned against purchasing.

Anderson, the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of William I. Anderson, deceased; Noah Harshbarger, the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Noah Harshbarger, deceased. Complaint No. 5191. Now comes the plaintiff by Duncan & Batman, her attorneys, and files her complaint herein, together with an affidavit of Ira c. Batman that the names of said defendants, William I. Anderson, the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of William I. Anderson, deceased;- Noah Harshbarger, the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of Noah Harshbarger, deceased, are unknown: that the residence of said defendants are unknown and upon dilligent inquiry can not be ascertained: that it is believed that they are nonresidents of the State of Indiana; that said action is for the purpose of quieting title to certain real estate and that said non-resident defendants are accessary parties thereto.
