Spanglerdied at Tacoma, Wash iugton Territory, Sunday a week, with typhoid fever. Mr. Spangler mid wile had gone to San Francisco to attend the National Teachers' Association, and the couple were on their return when Mrs. Spangler waa taken seriously ill and they concluded to stop at Tacoma till she should recover. Mrs. Spangler was a modest, unassuming woman, much respected and loved by ber acquaintances, and her death in a lar off Territory is much regretted.
