Weawng Flannel.--The icsjority of people are. not aware of the beneficial efrecte oi wettrinj? flannel next to tlie body, both in cold and warm weather. Flannel ia not so uncomfortable in wiirm weather as prejudiced people belit ve. Frequent coltis and constant hfcking coughs liave left me since atl opting flannel garments. There is nr. need of great bulk abont the waist, which condemna the wearing of flannel with those who prefer wasp-waists to health, for in that case tbe flannel can be cut as loosely fitting waists, always fastening at the back. There are sc ireely any of the bail effects of stuldtn changes of weatfeer felt by those who werr flannel garments, and mothers especially should endeavor to secure such for their litt'e people in preference to all those showy outside trimm ngs whicli fashion commends.
