F. ; we the commit ee to whom was referred the drafting of resolutions expressive of our beloved member and brother, Upton Caul, beg leave to submit the following. .5y., and was 23 years, 3 mo. and 11 days j old, at death. His parents came to this county when he was 1 1 years old. lie has been connected with the Sabbath School ever since; :nade a profession "f religion and was bap:izcd into the fellowship of the Baptist j I.'hureh in this place in his IGth year, lie was a respected member of the band in ihis place, ai d look a prominent part in tho social rshitiou of life. Oar loss is his gain. When his sistei's death, which occurred a few weeks licfore, was announced to him, he said "I in .ist soon follow." The grief of the parents produced by the deatii of this dear ch ld,;so soon af.er the death of his sister, is inexpressible. No one can know but by experience, what sorrow and sadness to parents is produced by the death of the -nly young lady and gentleman of the f milv. Anna is not. Upton is gone. Their bodies lie in the cemetery to await the general resurrection. The parents, relatives, arid a largo circle of friends, mourn the death of this young man, but he las left good evidences that he has ''Gone Home' to rest. S. Bcbtok.
