Adkins, was found on the pavement in front of the Lahr House, Lafayette, on the morning of the 17th, with on 2 of his thighs broken. It is thought that, getting up in the night, he m stook a second story window for the door, and fell to the pavement beneath. We hope Put. may recover, and live long enough at least, to pay us a $li00 bill for advertising, contracted by him over four years ago.
