The bill with the accompan)ing documents was ordered to be printed Mr. Profiit introduced a bill on Thursday, which produced a lengthy and somewhat angry discussion. struction, by fire, of the building in the central pari of this city, which has for many years been occupied by the General PostOffice, the Patent-Office, and the
