Calendar of events Saturday The Exalted Ruler’s Ball will be held Saturday, April 9 at the Greencastle Elks Club with hors d’oeuvres at 6 p.m., and a ribeye steak dinner at 7. “The Men of Note” will provide dance music. Bishop to visit St. Andrew’s Sunday
The Right Rev. Edward W. Jones, bishop of Indianapolis, will celebrate the Eucharist and preach Sunday afternoon at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, 520 E. Seminary St, Greencastle. The Rev. William D. Wieland, St Andrew’s rector, said Rev. Jones will preach at 4 p.m. The public is invited to attend Sunday’s special Revival at Union Valley Spring revival services will be held April 10-15 at Union Valley Baptist Church, located a mile north of Belle Union. Indy churchgoers spared Easter fines
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) Worshipers at Sacred Heart Catholic Church who found parking tickets on their windshields Easter Sunday will get help from above the 25th floor of the City-County Building. Public Safety Director Richard I.
