Legal Notices ORDINANCE NO. 1985-17 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 2, 1964, THE SAME BEING AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE GREENCASTLE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, the Board of Works of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, did, at a regularly scheduled meeting held on the 14th day of May, 1985, pass a comprehensive set of rules and regulations regarding the Greencastle City Fire Department, and; WHEREAS, there was at said time existing Ordinance No. 2, 1964, setting forth rules and regulations for the Greencastle City Fire Department, which are to be totally superseded by the new rules and regulations referred to above, and; WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana to repeal Ordinance No. 2, 1964, so thal the rules and regulations passed by the Board of Works of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, as referred to above, are the sole and only sel of rules governing such Greencastle City Fire Department, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana that Ordinance No. 2, 1964 the same being An Ordinance Establishing Rules and Regulations of the Greencastle City Fire Department, be, and the same hereby is repealed. PASSED and ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana this 9th day of July 1985. Gerald E. Indiana, has determined that an extradordinary emergency exists and that there is an immediate need to transfer and appropriate Federal Revenue Sharing funds to various accounts, and; WHEREAS, appropriate publication of the appropriation and transfer of such funds has been made in the Banner-Graphic, a newspaper of local circulation in Greencastle. Putnam County, Indiana, NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle. Indiana, as follows: 1.
