Alternate No. 1 Provide as an add alternate to the Base Bid the cost of replacement of the soffit as described on the Drawings. Alternate No. 2 Provide Modified Bitumen Roofing System as manufactured by Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp., Brand Name "Derbigum H.P.S.” or by U.S. Intec.. Inc., Brand Name “BraiSP4”. Roofing system shall be certified as Class A" or Class “B" fire resistive roofing. Complete and detailed Drawings and Specifications for this work, including but not limited to the Instructions to Bidders, and General Conditions are on file and may be examined at the following places: A. The work for which proposals are asked include all labor, materials, transportation service. equipment and everything requested or necessary to the proper and the entire furnishing of the work. The successful bidder shall, upon acceptance of his bid. be required to procure and pay for a Contractor's Bond for Construction (Form 86A) in an amount equal to his contract price. Such bonds shall comply with all laws of the State of Indiana governing public contracts let by governmental units.
