PUBLIC AUCTION As we have decided to quit farming, we will sell our farm, Holstein dairy herd, and farm machinery at the farm located two and % miles east of Parkersburg, Indiana. Parkersburg Is located on U.S. Highway 231 ten miles south of Crawfordsville, Indiana and ten miles north of Greencastle, Indiana in Montgomery County. SATURDAY, JANUARY 7,1984 AT 10:00 A.M. REAL ESTATE -160 ACRES • Will sell first at 10:30 A.M.

This 160-ocrefarm has 145 tillable acres. The tillable ground is in a very high state of fertility. There is winter wheat sown and a field of good alfalfa. The lovely home has four bedrooms and two baths. It also has a large living room, dining room, utility room, and attached two-car garage. The main house was built in 1967 and an addition was added in 1974. It also has hardwood floors and a woodburning furnace in the basement. The woodburning furnace is the primary source of heat but there are also baseboard heating units. The pole barn is nearly new and is 50x72 feet. Also there are two grain bins with a total capacity of 17,500 bushels. There is a stirerator in one of the bins and both are in excellent shape. This property can be seen by appointment only. The terms of the real estate are: 10% payable at the time of the sale with the balance being due and payable at the time of closing or by March 1, 1984. Possession of the farm ground and outbuildings by March 1, 1984 and possession of the house by April 1, 1984.
