Evens. We especially wish to thank Dr. Marvel, Dr. Pegg, the hospital staff, Operation Life, Rev. Albert Williams and Hopkins Rector Funeral Home all for kind understanding services rendered. The Family of Mabel Evens. I, Penny Custis, would like to thank all of the nurses and nurse aids and housekeepers, for the great job they done for me while I was in room 428 at the Putnam County Hospital. I would also like to thank Dr. Black and Dr. Glock for their help too. I appreciate the good deeds done for me while I was in the hospital. Also, I would like to thank the Rev. and Mrs. Paul Robertson for thinking of me in prayer and for coming to see me. Also, while I was in Room 304 for 13 days, I would like to thank the nurses on the 3rd floor, and again Dr. Black, Dr. Glock and Dr. Ellett for their help when I had surgery.
