NOTICE TO BIDOERS The Board of School Trustaas of Greencastle Community School Corporation will receive bids for Band Uniforms until 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time on the 10th day of February, 1982. at the office of the Superintendent, 110 Spring Avenue, Post Office Box 480, Greencastle, Indiana 46135. Each bid musl be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the title, accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidder’s bond payable to the Greencastle Community School Corporation in a sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, which check or bond will be held by the Owner as evidence that the bidder, if awarded a contract or contracts, enter into the same with the Owner upon notification from him to do so within ten (10) days of said notification. Failure to execute a contract and to furnish a performance and payment bond as hereinafter set out will be cause for forfeiture to the Owner of the amount of money represented by the certified check or bidder's bond, as and for liquidated damages. Approved performance and payment bonds guaranteeing faithful and proper performance of work and materials, to be executed by an acceptable company, will be required of each contractor at the time he executes his contract. The bond will be in the amount of 100% of the contract price and must be in full force and effect for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance of and final payment for the work. Proposals shall be properly and completely executed on proposal forms including in the specifications which includes the NonCollusion Affidavit. Proposals shall include Indiana Questionnaire Form No. 96-A provided and executed by the bidder, all as required by Statute. No proposals shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days after the scheduled time of receiving same. The Owner reserves the right to reject any proposal, or all proposals, or to accept any proposal or proposals, or to make any such combination of proposals as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all Informalities in the bidding.
