Comments are being solicited and will be considered and addressed during the Grant Application process lor fiscal 1982 funding through the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, as amended BACKGROUND In compliance with Section 7004 of the Act. Indiana has developed an ongoing public participation program. This program petitions public Input into the draft work plan that is prepared annually and Identifies the specific planning and implementation activities that will be undertaken during the subsequent year. Under Sections 4008 and 3006(c) of RCRA. Indiana is eligible to receive funds from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to conduct activities toward the further implementation of the hazardous waste Program. The Division of Land Pollution Control's Draft Annual Work Plan outlines the budget, program outputs, and strategies for solid waste management for fiscal year 1982 (October 1. 1981. to September 30, 1982). APPLICABLE REGULATIONS This action is pursuant to Public Law 94sso. 40 CFR Part 25 (Public Participation), 40 CFR Part 256 (Guidelines for Development and Implementation of State Solid Waste Management), 40 CFR Part 260-265 (Hazardous Waste Management Regulations), and 1C 13-7 (Environmental Managemenl Act).
