Pacers came out flat and got even flatter against Nuggets

DENVER (AP) - Coach Doug Moe says Denver’s last two victories have, if nothing else, started to rebuild confidence within the National Basketball Association club, despite a 13-24 season record. “If we continue to play as hard as we have been, we’ll gain even more confidence,” Moe added. The Nuggets downed Indiana 127-110 Tuesday night on the heels of a 125-121 victory over Philadelphia during the weekend. The Pacers-did without 7-foot center James Edwards, who developed back spasms during pregame w armup activities.
