In Memory In memory of *my dad Walter C. Bright Sr., on Father's Day. It hasn't been a year since we had to say good-bye. And we still can't find the answer to the question we ask "why”? I know we were lucky to have you for a dad You were the very best a child ever had. We love you and miss you very much, your daughter, Waneta, Don and Donnie Bassett. Card of Thanks Better late than never I was always told. Last Jan. 23, 1978 I suffered a massive stroke, Operation Life took me to Putnam County Hospital, but on the 26th of Jan. saw I needed to be moved to Methodist Hospital. Jim Harris went in front of Operation Life with a snow blade to see that we made it and I remained there until March 17th. The middle of July I returned to my work at Angwell Curtain Factory. Was in and out of Putnam County Hospital and Methodist Hospital until Dec. 12, 1978 when I had my accident. So I have so very many people to thank. I hope I don't miss anybody. First of all God, my sons, Steven and Douglas, Operation Life, Dr. Larkin, all my doctors in Indianapolis, Putnam County Hospital, Methodist Hospital, the Danville Convalescent Center, Angwell Employees for all the cards, calls, visits and prayers, all friends and realtives, you will never know how much they meant to me, you would have to go through what I did to know how I appreciate them.
