and against the world said real estate being situated in Putnam County, Indiana described as follows: Part of Lot #40 of the Railroad Enlargement, a subdivision of part of Section 21 ond Section 22, Township 14 North, Ranch 4 West in and adjacent to the Town (now City) of Greencostle, Indiana, more particularly described to-wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot #40 of the Railroad Enlargement in and adjacent to the Town (now City) of Greencastle, Indiana, which point of beginning is in the centerline of Martinsville Street; thence North 110.0 feet (prior deed 90 feet) with the West line of the aforesaid Lot #40; thence East 60.0 feet; thence South 110.0 feet (prior deed 90 feet) to the centerline of aforesaid Martinsville Street, the said centerline being the South line of said Lot #40; thence West 60.0 feet with said centerline to the point of beginning, containing 0.152 of an acre. Notice is hereby given said defendants and each of them of the pendency of this suit and that the same will be called for action on the 13 day of May, 1974, the same being in the 1974 Term of the Putnam Circuit Court of Indiana at the court house in the City of Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana, unless said defendants and each of them appear at said time and place and answer or demur to heard ond determined in their absence.
