- SuR for $5,000 damages for alleged personal .injuries was filed in circuit court today by M. Li. Harmon against Fred L. Brown: ' It is alleged in the complaint that oh Occober 25, 1932, the plaintiff was riding with D. W. Harmon in a school bus going south on Walnut street near the intersection of Hillside Drive, and that Brown was driving his car in the same direction back of the bus. Harmon avers

i speed of about 35 miles an hour.5

The Brown car struck the bus, the plaintiff- alleges, and caused the glass to be broken. He suffered cuts on the right hand which severed the leader, and muscles, making the injury permanent, and also received injuries to his right side and right kneti, the complaint says.
