Ronald Gene Norris (February 10, 1954 - October 20, 2010) Rdnald Gene Norris, 56, of Muncie, departed this life on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at Ball Memorial Hospital. He was bom February 10, 1954 in Mounds City, Illinois. Surviving are his parents, Rev. Eddie and Doris Long; children and a host of other relatives and friends. Private serviced has been arranged. James O. McDougle A Celebration of Life September 16, 1925 - October 6, 2010 Was one of six children bom to Ezra and Rader McDougle on September 16, 1925 in Centerville, TN. He departed this life, Wednesday, October 6, 2010 after a long battle with cancer. He moved to Richmond, IN 1939. In 1943 James enlisted in the Navy serving during World War 11, as a Navy Seabee. After his discharge he was united in holy matrimony to Susan M. Reed in 1948. Into that union three children were bom, Monica, Tanya and Oliver. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church where he served in the Men’s Chorus, Tmstee Board, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Greenwood Apartments, until his health hindered his service. He was a member of the Christian’s Fellowship and the Cosmopolitan Club. He joined the Moore-Irvin American Legion Post 359 where he was a member of the National Award winning Drill Team. He was also a member of the VFW 1108 and Onyx Elks Lodge. James enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was an avid bowler on two bowling leagues. James loved his grandchildren and greatgrandchildren very much and enjoyed spending time with them. He retired from Dana (Perfect Circle) after 22 V2 years of service. James is survived by his loving and caring wife of 62 years, Susan McDougle, brother, Leroy McDugle of Muncie, IN, sister, Faye (James) Hutcherson of Muncie, IN sister-in-law, Collen McDugle of Richmond, IN, daughters, Monica (Darnell) Johnson and Tanya McDugle of Dayton, OH seven grandchildren, Taneisha Walton of Burlington, KY, Kamesha Johnson, Brittany Walton, Christian Beasley, Alicia, Alivia and Andre Barker, all of Dayton, OH, 2 great-grandchildren, Jakye (butter) Barker and JaSean Wildkerson of Dayton, OH. He will be missed by Special Nephew, Tyrone McDugle, and Special Niece, Linda McDugle, a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Also, special friends Doug, Clarence, Robert and Thurston. Services was Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church - Richmond, Indiana - Officiating Pastor Ocie Poole
