The right to vote is without respect to gender, race, religion or creed. It is important to vote in every election to make sure that we have the best elected officials possible. Our local government is especially important*" Our local government is responsible for creating new jobs, keeping our streets paved, maintaining our parks and public spaces as well as funding local programs. With all these important decision, it is crucial that we have people in office that we can trust.
