IDEE ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR CENTER for MEDIA DESIGN Temporary full-time staff position funded through June 30, 2009 available immediately. This position may or may not be renewed for another fiscal year. Responsibilities: assist Institute Director with day-to-day management of the Institute for Digital Entertainment and Education (IDEE); coordinate the administration of project development, promotion and facilitation of programs at Mitchell Place Studios (MPS); includes process requests; acquire and maintain supplies; supervise student employees; make travel arrangements; serve as MPS representative to the downtown community; assure efficient operation of the MPS. Minimum qualifications: eighteen months of education or training beyond high school or equivalent; at least one year of office and computer related experience; ability to work a flexible schedule. Preferred qualifications: associate’s degree; over three years experience in an administrative or marketing environment; additional training in software programs; work experience in an academic setting or with project development. Starting salary $26,936 with an excellent benefits package.
