Ms. Ellis is a seasoned IT executive with more than 30 years experience in strategic planning initiatives. Barbara led global strategic transformation initiatives for IBM in the areas of Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management, ibm.com, IBM Technical Support, and Sales. In addition to her functional responsibilities, Barbara was also a leader in IBM's highly acclaimed diversity imperative for the advancement of women serving as CoChair of the IBM U. S. Women's Task Force, with a particular emphasis on initiatives for Multicultural Women. In 2004, Barbara established her consulting business, Barbara J. Ellis Consulting, LLC.
