GRAPHICS DESIGNER TELEPLEX - MEDIA SERVICES Staff position available immediately. Responsibilities: serve as a multimedia resource in University Teleplex; provide original artwork or use existing materials to produce high-end layouts/interfaces to meet client objectives; assist in the selection and application of graphics and multimedia technologies; design, develop, and publish multimedia supplemental instructional materials for on campus classrooms, World Wide Web, distance education materials, promotional, and corporate programs. Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual design, visual communications or related field; at least three years of visual design or web development experience for corporate and/or edu cational purposes; proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and < web publishing program. Preferred qualifications: experience in interface design for web and CD-ROM applications as well as familiarity with web publishing software such as Dreamweaver and Flash; experi ence with 2-D and 3-D animation for various multimedia applications. Salary $35,380 with an excellent benefits package.
