Responsibilities: supervise and manage the office administration for the School of Physical Education, Sport and Exercise Science and assist the Chair in the management of the School. Minimum qualifications: associate’s degree or equivalent in secretarial science or related area; at least one year of related office experience. Preferred qualifications: bachelor’s degree; proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and database software; experience in an academic department; supervisory experience; Ball State budget experience. Starting salary is $28,350 with an excellent benefits package.
