Pecan Puff 1/2 cup unsalted butter 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup flour, sifted 1 cup pecan meats, ground 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar Cream butter until soft and blend in granulated sugar until creamy. Add vanilla. Stir flour, pecans and nutmeg into mixture. Roll dough into small balls and place on a well greased cookie sheet. Bake in 300 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Roll puff in Confectioners’ sugar while hot and again when cold. Makes 2 dozen puffs.

Pineapple Coleslaw 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1 small green pepper, cut fine 4 tablespoons low-sodium mayonnaise 1/2 tablespoon vinegar 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon dill seed

Combine cabbage, pineapple, and green pepper. Mix well. Mix mayonnaise with vinegar, pepper, and dill seed. Combine with cabbage mixture. Serves 6. Calories 94 Protein 1 g. Fat 8g.

1. Pour 1 1/2 cups milk into large bowl. Add 1 pkg. (4servings size) Jell-0 Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding Mix.Beat with wire whisk for 2 min., or until well blended. Gently stir in 1 cup thawed CoolWhip Whipped Topping. 2. Cut 1 pkg. (12oz.) pound cake into 16 slices. On dessert plates, layer half of the cake slices with 1 cup sliced strawberries; cover with pudding mixture. Top with remaining cake slices, another cup sliced strawberries and more whipped topping. 3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 8 servings.

Garden Fresh Pasta Salad 1. Cook 8 cups penne pasta. Drain, rinse and cool. 2. Add 1 each chopped red onion and red pepper, 1 cup each sliced baby carrots and halved cherry tomatoes. Stir in 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese.

3. Pour 1 cup prepared Good Seasons Italian or Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing over mixture. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 24 servings. For added flavor, sprinkle salad with Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits.
