We currently have openings for the following positions in the Muncie region: PC Technician - Southern Region This position is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting end-user workstation hardware/software, network peripheral devices, and network hardware products. Additional duties include: performing on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex PC problems for end-users; recommend, schedule and implement new computer projects and new hardware installations. This position requires some travel. The ideal candidate will have an Associates degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor’s degree desired), certifications in Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office and A+ and/or Network + certifications. One to two years hands-on PC support experience required, excellent technical knowledge of current network protocol and PC hardware, operating systems and standards (especially TCP/IP), excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently while paying strong attention to detail, problem resolution, and customer service. Customer Service Representative - Collections This position is responsible for typing, filing, data entry and other support duties that are routine in nature, including receptionist duties for the collections department. Also responsible for title tracking and totaled vehicle coordination, prepares extensions, due date changes, and processes bills. Will primarily collect on 15-30 day delinquent accounts and may collect on more delinquent accounts as necessary. Will be required to provide the highest level of quality service to all internal and external customers providing prompt, accurate, and professional written and verbal communication. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED; minimum 6-12 months related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. This individual will process daily mail, maintain a service log, and prepare work daily for the courier. May be required to cross train on the teller line to fill in as needed. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and general office equipment. Ability to organize and prioritize daily work independently, excellent written and oral communication skills and the commitment to provide superior customer service are also required.
