The Delaware County Housing Authority Section 8 programs will be accepting applications for the waiting list. Rental housing assistance must be located outside of Muncie City limits in Delaware County. Applications will be taken on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the Arthur L. Hutchinson Community Room of the Administration Building at Middletown Gardens, 2401 South Haddix Avenue, Muncie. When applying, the following information must be submitted for all family members of the household: Birth Certificates, Drivers License, Proof of Social Security Numbers, Proof of Income: Employment, Child Support, Child Support Order, TANF, S.S., S.S.I., Pension etc. Verification of Assets: Checking, Savings Annuities, CD’s, Real Estate, Cash Value of Life Insurance, ect.
