I commend Muncie Black Expo, and recognize the success this organization has experienced over the past 12 years. Their success can be attributed to the “grassroots” efforts of combined community and national involvement. Because of MBE’s support to the many local programs servicing areas of education, youth entertainment, health and wellness, and economic empowerment, this organization will continue to be a benefit to the City of Muncie and its citizens. MBE’s valuable service to our community is greatly appriciated.
