PART-TIME TECHNICAL TYPIST DEPARTMENT of CHEMISTRY Part-time staff position available immediately (8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, Special projects may require occasional afternoon hours). Responsibilities: accurately type/word process technical manuscripts, grant proposals, reports and correspondence for the chemistry department; additional duties include record keeping, copying and other office organizational responsibilities. OFFICE MANAGER and ASSISTANT to DIRECTOR MUSEUM of ART Temporary staff position available immediately through December 31,2003. Responsibilities: forecast, manage and verify budgets; develop financial statistics for grant and foundation proposals; supervise student employees; assist Director with day to day management of Museum and serve as acting Director in the absence of the Director. Minimum qualifications: bachelor's degree or equivalent; at least three years of experience in an office environment dealing with budgets and in a supervisory capacity; some museum experience and/or experience in preparing financial statistics for grant proposals; excellent communication and management skills, including financial management.
