Michael Millben, pastor of Christ Temple Church and president of the Collective Coalition of Concerned Clergy presented the MLK Community Service Award to Carl Kizer Sr. Pastor W.J. Jackson received the MLK President’s award. Sponsoring organizations for the event were: the City of Muncie, C.C.C.C., First Merchant’s Bank. MITS. Muncie Black Expo and Muncie Community Schools.
