6th annual job fair set for Ball State University

The 2nd Congressional District Job Fair in cooperation with Ball State University, will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 2 at Worthen Arena, Ball State University. U.S. Rep. Mike Pence (R.-Ind.) said he is inviting a diverse group of job seekers together with a diverse range of businesses looking for employees, providing a positive opportunity for all. Eight-foot tables and chairs will be provided for each business booth. “If your business has a trade show booth, you are encouraged to bring it;

electrical power is available. We do request that you do not start a tear down of your booth before 4 p.m. as a courtesy to visitors who visit the fair later in the afternoon,” Pence said. “I hope to make this year’s job fair the largest ever. If your company would like to reserve a space in one of Indiana’s largest, most successful job fairs, please take a moment to fill out and return the enclosed registration form.” Questions about the event can be answered by Kim Orlosky at 765-747-5566.
