Phelps passed on January 13, i 2002. after an extended illness. Mr Phelps was retired from

where he was

a Plant Security Guard for

30 years.

He was a member of Allen Chapel A.M.E.

Church.

Mr. Phelps was a memeber of the V.F.W. Peerless Lodge #32, Prince

Hall Affiliated F & AM, as a young adult he was a professional boxer. He leaves to cherish his memory, two special nieces, Mrs. Ollie J. Weatherly, and Ms. Harriet Wills, both of Anderson, IN. A host of nieces and nephews,cousins, and friends. Two special friends, Roy Griffin, and Willie Fletcher both of Anderson, IN. He was precedded in death by his parents, Edward & Ollie Phelps, two brothers; Harry Wills, Albert Wills, two sisters, Elsie Adams, and Margaret Boatman. Williams; one grandchild, Anthony Storms II. Funeral services entrusted to Faulkner Mortuary. Sent T. (Bud) Fields Mr. Sent Fields, 75, 800 E. First St., died Wednesday January 30th at Ball Memorial Hospital after | an extended illness. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Sent T. New Venture Fields Gear in 1996. Mr Fields lived in Muncie for over 50

years.

Survivors include wife, Jeanette Fields; two daughters, Tonya Fields, and Tyia Fields, three sons, Melvin Alvin and Sentarian Fields all of San Diego, CA; a foster daughter Johnnie McCane, Seattle, WA; nine grandchildren, two nieces, one nephew, and a host of

Memorial Hospital.

Dorothy L. Rowe, 80, passed away on Saturday,
