NOTICE TO BIDDERS Muncie City, Muncie, and Center Township Public Library Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Muncic-Center Township Public Library will receive sealed bids at the Muncie Public Library Administrative Offices located at 315 West Adams Sueet in Muncie. Indiana 47305 for 2.708 volumes of periodicals and newspapers to be sold by the Muncie Public Library. Bids will be received up to the hour of 10:00 a m.. Eastern Standard Time, on August 12.19% and then publicly opened and read aloud at the regular board meeting at 4:(X) p.m.. Eastern Standard Time, at Kennedy Library. 17(X) West McGalliard Road. Muncie, Indiana 47305. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the bid amount.
