As a native of Muncie, a graduate of Ball State University and a business owner, he is familiar with the entire Muncie community. As a product of the Muncie Schools, his 2 children also attend Muncie Schools. I have found Carl to be conscientious and a hard worker, quickly grasping the core of a situation as well as its ramifications. He always takes advantage of Board training opportunities at the local, state, and national level.
