Some men worry that their own Social Security benefit or their current wife’s benefit will be lower if a former spouse applies for benefits on their record. Neither of these

A current spouse and a former spouse can get full benefits at the same time. To find if you are eligible for Social Security benefits on your former spouse’s record call our office. We will need to know your former spouse’s Social Security number, your number, and any other Social Security number you are now receiving benefits on. If you do not know the Social Security number, we can find it through our records.
