And Whereas, said act further provides that the Common Council of cities of the second class shall order before March 27th, 1933, by ordinance, establish Councilmanic Districts, as in said act provided, for the nomination of candidates and election of members of the Common Council in the year of 1933 and thereafter. And Whereas, it now is the purpose of the Common Council of the City of Muncie to district the city of Muncie into six Councilmanic Districts in compliance with the laws of the State of Indiana.
