Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of Delaware County, Indiana that the proper legal officers of said municipality in the County Commissioners Room in the Court, in said County and State, on the 27th day of January, 1931, meeting at 10 o’clock a. m. will consider the following additional appropriations and for the purpose of adopting an ordinance authorizing a temporary loan in the sum of $30,000 at the rate of 6 per cent per annum to be repaid on or before December 1, 1931.
