You are hereby notified that an ordinance to change and extend the boundaries of wards numbered 2, 3, 4. 7. 8 and 9, and to readjust and extend the boundaries of precincts <7, 7, 11, 12, 19, 21, 22, 23 and 24, in the city of Muncie, was introduced at a meeting of the common council of the city of Muncie, held September 4th, 1929, and that the common council of the city of Muncie, Indiana, intend to pass said ordinance and extend and change the boundaries of said wards and precincts at a ii meeting to be held in the council ‘ chamber in *the City Building in the city of Muncie on Monday the 30th day of September, 1929.
