Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works of the City of Muncie, Indiana, that it is desired and <le.'- el necessary to make the. following described public improvements for the City of Muncie, Indiana, as authorized by the following numbered improvement resolutions, adopted by said Board, on the 3rd day of
