BONDS.
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned trustee of Center Township and ex-officio trustee of Center School Township Delaware County, State of Indiana, at the office of said trustee, Room 302 Western Reserve Bldg, in said City of Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, the 25th day of February, 1925, will offer for sale an issue of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars of the bonds of Center ' School Township, Delaware County, Indiana. Said bonds will be numbered consecutively from 1 to 60, inclusive, and will be dated" February 25, 1925, will be payable at the Merchants National Bank of Muncie in the City of Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana; and each of said bonds will bear interest at the rate of five (5%) per cent per annum, payable without exchange semi-annually on the 25th day of February and the 25th day of August in each year until paid, as represented by appropriate coupons attached thereto. M., said Board of Public Works will meet at its office in said City for the purpose of hearing and considering a^y remonstrances which may have been filed, or which may have been presented; said Board fixes said date as a date for the modification, confirmation, rescinding, or postponement of action on said remonstrances: and on said date will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed improvements, and will decide whether the benefits that v/ill accrue to the property abutting and adjacent to the proposed improvement and to the said City will be equal to or exceed the estimated cost of the proposed improvements, as estimated by the City Civil En-

for the purpose of providing funds to pay for the construction of a new school building in the southeast quarter of Section twenty (20), Township Twenty (20), North, Range Ten (10), East in School Dist. No. 10 in Said Centre Township on the same site on which the present school building in said School District No. 10 is now located, and to pay an architect for his services in preparing sketches, plans, specifications and detailed drawings for and in superintending the construction of such building and each and every part thereof, all pursuant to an order of the Advisory Board of said Center Township duly made and entered January 9, 1925, authorizing the issuance and sale of said bonds for said
