DELINQUENT TAX LIST Bmst of lands and lots keturnkd and remaining delinquent for non-patment of taxes for THE YEAR 1023 AND FORMER YEARS IN DELAWARE COUNTY, INDIANA Notice la hereby given that the following tracts of land and town lots, or so much thereof as may be necessary. Will be sold by the Treasurer of Delaware County, Indiana, according to law, at public sale unless such taxes, penalties and charges shall have been paid before the second Monday, the same being the Uth day of February, A. D, 1924, at which time, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. and 4 o’clock p. m., said sale will be made at the south toor of the court house in the city of Muncie, in said county, and from day to day until allof said lands and lots are pf&ered.
