Each contractor will be required to furnish a bond in the amount of his bid conditioned for the faithful performance and execution of his contract and the payment for all work and labor done and performed in and about such work and all materials that may enter the construction of said building and work, or any part or portion thereof and subject to the approval of said Trustee and Advisory Board of said township.
