Notice is hereby given that the undersigned. Trustee of Mt. Pleasant Township and exofficio Trustee of Mt. Pleasant School Township, Delaware County, State of Indiana, a. the bank of The Yorktown Banking Company in the Town of Yorktowif, in said Township, County and State, at the hour of 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon on Monday, tha 15th day of February, 1922, will offer for sale an issue of Seventy-five Thousand ($75,000,001 Dollars of the Bonds of Mt. Ploasant School Township, Delaware County, State of Indiana. Said bonds will be numbered consecutively from 1 to 150, inclusive, and dated cn the 15th day of February, 1922, payable at the bank of The Yorktown Banking Company, in the Town of Yorktown, Delaware County, Indiana; and eaeh of said bonds shall bear interest at the rate of five per cent (6%) p ? r annum payable seini-annually on the loth day of August, and the 15th day of February, in each year until paid, as represented by appropriate coupons attached thereto. Each bid shall be submitted in writing an. shall be accompanied by the bidder’s certified check of 2%% of the amount of th bonds bid for, payable to Mt. Pleasant School Township, Delaware County, Indiana. Sue!' check shall inure to the benefit of said Mt Pleasant School Township upon failure o : the bidder to comply with the provisions ot his bid or to take and pay for ’the bends at
