On the 31st Oct. the election for electors of President and Vice-President, took place in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Vermont. On Monday last, in Maine, New Hampshire, Massa chusetts, Connecticut, New York, Virginia, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, .Louisiana, Kentucky Sc Indiana, commenced.
